For cancellations, please allow at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep your appointment or attend an event or workshop. Cancellations prior to 48 hours of the planned event are entitled to either: A. A refund, minus an administration fee or B. A Lotus Living credit in the amount paid. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are entitled to a Lotus Living credit in the amount paid only. Please contact us as soon as possible at 579-490-0214 or email us: joannassoulspace@gmail.com. *Frequent or repeat last minute cancellations may be subject to a $20 fee per time*
